The Ahupe village is surrounded by mountains on three sides and valley on one side. The Ghat slides into the Konkan almost perpendicularly ending in the Ahupe Plateau. You can very well imagine the spectacular view that this topography is going to unfurl in front of your eyes! The lush greenery of the monsoon, the floating clouds and the innumerable waterfalls together forms a landscape which is nothing short of a canvas painting. Get ready to indulge your senses during the Ahupe Ghat Monsoon Trek!
Ahupe Ghat is the mountain pass between Ahupe village in Ghat section and Khopivali in Konkan side in Maharashtra.

10:15 Pm – Settle down our private vehicle as we start our journey towards the base Village.

Further, depart to base Village.

03.00 am: Reach Base Village
04.30 am: Breakfast and freshen up
05:30 am : Commencement of the trek after briefing and a short introduction
10.00 am: Ahupe Ghat Summit (Break for sightseeing & photography)
11.00 am: Start return journey to base
02.30 pm: Reach base village
03:00 pm: Lunch at Base Village
04.30 pm: Start return journey
10.00 pm: Reach Mumbai

- backpack (waterproof or covered with waterproof cover)
- trekking shoes or any sports shoes with a Good grip
- Trekking pants (compulsory), 2 T-Shirts (Preferably full sleeves or Half T-shirt with sleeves), Raincoat/ waterproof jacket/ windcheater, Handnapkin/Towel, etc
- Water 2-3 liters.
- Ready to eat food like plum cakes, Dry fruits, dry snacks and biscuits, Chikki, chocolate bars, etc.

- To change after trekking - Facewash, Extra pants/ shorts, Extra T-shirt, sleeper/ floaters, an extra bag to carry your trekking shoes, innerwear, etc

(Note: Please wear Full sleeves and Full Track Pant, this will protect your body and skin from Sun / Thorns / Insects / Prickles, etc)
- There is no freshen up / washroom / Toilet facility on the Mountain only Available at the Base Village.
- Avoid carrying heavy weight for the trek.
- Floaters and Sandals are not allowed, please wear sports shoes or trekking shoes of good quality.
- Put clothes, money, camera, phone etc in polythenes while packing
- Use repellents to keep bugs away Make note of nearest railway station, bus stop, taxi stand etc.
- Do not stray away from your group during the trek Keep family & friends informed about your whereabouts

2- Are washrooms available during the trek?
- No washrooms are available during the trek.
3- Can we bring our vehicle to the base village and is parking available?
- Parking is available in Base, Parking fee will be applicable, Car owners parks at their own risk.
4- Is Jain food available on this trek?
- Yes
5- What are the compulsory things to carry on the trek?
- Please carry 1-2 liters of water, rainwear, wear good trekking shoes, wear a full t-shirt and track pants.
6- Will we reach Mumbai on the time mentioned?
- The itinerary is the approx time during monsoon road conditions are bad there may be delay due to bus breakdown or bad weather in case the bus reaches late bhatakna will not pay for uber or ola or taxi fare.
