- Incase the participant wants to cancel the train tickets & opt for flight, the cancellations charges would be applicable.
Pending Payment

- Incase you fail to pay the second installment the organizer holds the right to cancel your bookings.
- Boarding will be denied incase of non payment and the seat will be allotted to someone else.
- Incase of non payment the advance amount paid is not refundable.
