16:00 : Check-in, have some snacks & explore our massive 4-acre campsite (near Imagica). It’s a love-
at-first-thing, you know? ;) Gather your gang and play some volleyball or cricket while you’re at it! Or
maybe challenge a fellow Junglee for a game of Carrom!
17:30 : Grab a beer and watch a glorious sunset by the river as you gear up for the celebrations!
19:30: It’s time to dance like its the last night of your life at our special DJ setup to kick off the
celebrations this evening!🎤
20:30: The night is still young & its time to continue the DISCO! Groove on the dance floor & make
some amazing memories!
21:30 : Hog onto some lip-smacking dinner (Check out the FAQ Section for the menu)
23:00 : Get ready for jamming to the best live acoustic performance of the year!
00:00: Gather in the common area & start the midnight celebration by setting off the flying lanterns!

01:30 : Lie down under the stars, right by the river & a much needed warm bonfire and enjoy our open-
air movie screening.

06:00: Wake-up call! Nahh, just kidding lol! Take your time to wake up, you might be hungover ;)
Breakfast and tea will be served & get changed to go kayaking in the river!
09:00: Take a dip into the crystal clear water of thee river and swim to your heart’s content.
11:00: Back to the campsite, get changed & check out. (We have got clean, well-maintained washrooms as
well as changing rooms separately built for men & women)

How safe is the campsite?
Our campsite has a dedicated staff of locals running the place. No outsiders (non-campers) will
be allowed to intrude into the camping area during the course of the event.
Is alcohol permitted?
We at Junglee Outdoors do not have an issue if you are of legal age and drink responsibly.
However, there may be checks on the way by police officials. Ask for a permit when you buy
the alcohol bottles from an authourised shop to avoid trouble later on.
Will there be any cooling facility at the campsite?
No fridge/cooler will be at the disposal of the public. You may carry your ice boxes etc if you
please.
What’s the snacks / dinner / breakfast menu?
High tea : Vada pav / bhaji pav, tea, coffee, kokum sharbat
Dinner : Jeera Rice, Dal Fry, Chapati, Papad, Shahi Paneer & mix veg (Veg)
Village-Style Chicken Curry (Non veg) PS: Veg & non-veg food will be prepared separately.
Breakfast : Poha, upma, tea, coffee.
Will there be charging points at the campsite?
Yes, but very few. We recommend you to please carry a power bank.
Can I join this camp solo? How will I be accommodated in tents?
Of course, hop in! You will be accommodated with other solo travelers of the same gender.
What will the weather be like?
It would be around 21 during the day and 12 at night (please check weather forecasts).
Will there be phone reception at the venue?
All network providers have decent connectivity at this campsite.
Can I carry my own portable speakers / musical instruments?
Yes. However, you must keep in mind that it does not disturb any of the others or cause any
nuisance.
Does the campsite have a parking facility?
Yes, feel free to drive or ride down. There is a dedicated area for our guests to park their
vehicles near the campsite. Our team will assist you with the parking. Please bear in mind that
parking is at one's own risk.
How will the tents be allocated?
We’ll allocate the tents on double / triple sharing basis, depending on the number of people tha
register from your end. Don’t worry, we won’t have you sharing the tent with an unknown person
if that’s what you’re worried about.
PS : We also have properly constructed western toilets as well as changing rooms (separate for
men & women) at the campsite that will be cleaned in regular intervals by a janitor.
Cancellation Policy:
- 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
- 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
- No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date
- No show No Refund.
- Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
- Event Tickets can be transferred to another person against cancellation.

- Balance Amount you need to pay by 30th Dec'23
- If you are not feeling well already then kindly do not book the tickets.
- Seats are on the basis on 1st come - 1st serve basis. While returning also you have to sit on your initial Seat.
- Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged
- Participants with any medical issues /history are not allowed to opt for this event. If he/she does so that it is done at the participant's risk. The management won't be responsible for any incident.
- Leaders’ decisions will be final and binding.
- Participants or Members are responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
